Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj drop their “Side to Side” music video right after the VMAs...After giving us a workout-inspired performance of “Side to Side” at the VMAs, Ariana and Nicki just dropped the song’s video and the theme feels rather familiar…
The duetting divas premiered their music video for “Side to Side” right after the awards show, and like their VMA performance it also features Ariana working out on that stationary bike like a total singing-while-soul-cycling BOSS.
Seriously where does the girl find the breath to do all that?! Amazing. Ari also hangs out in other areas of the gym from the boxing ring to the locker room, all while wearing the most adorable hot pink athletic wear we’ve ever seen. Honestly I never thought I’d want to wear a pair of boxing trunks so badly until Ariana rocked those pale pink ones and gave me life.
That outfit says “I know I’m super hot but watch out because I also have a great left hook”, and frankly what more could you ever want? Besides Ariana working the entire gym with her backup dancers, when it comes time for Nicki’s rap break, both ladies take things to a whole new level of hotness while hanging out in a sauna adorned with about a dozen half-naked hunks. Is it me, or do all of the men surrounding them look like they’ve been programmed to simply sit and look like a bunch of robotic Ken dolls?
So where can I sign up to have Ariana and Nicki’s life? I would call this video #Goals but honestly it involves more working out than I’m comfortable with in my daily life. That being said I’ll still sit in that sauna any day those ladies wanna send me an invite...
