Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail told the press on Monday that investigators are looking to see if any element of sexual grooming is involved in the marriage between an 11-year-old girl and a 41-year-old man in Kelantan. The Women, Family and Community Development Minister is also looking to raise the legal marriage age to 18.
