Balık ekmek from Emin Usta, Arap Cami Mahallesi, Makaracılar Cd. No:17, 34421 Beyoğlu/İstanbul, Turkey. Open daily, midday to 11:00pm. NOTE as of 23 August 2019 Murat Usta who appears in this video has since opened up his own stall a few metres from this location (Arapcamii Mah, Fermeniciler Cad. Sark Boya No:67 Karakoy, Beyoglu). His stall is the one we head to in Istanbul now!
