The BTS Army never sleeps, even when the boy band is catching up on some much needed and well deserved R&R!!!
Hey everyone it’s Sussan Mourad with Clevver News and while BTS may have broken our hearts by going on an “official and extended period of rest and relaxation” that doesn’t mean their fans are slowing down.
This past weekend the BTS ARMY showed their love on social media by creating a meme for V’s “crazy for myself” verse off Map of the Soul: Persona’s “HOME.” Shortly after they made the words “CRAZY FOR MYSELF” trending worldwide on Twitter.
Dang, now that’s some dedication right there.
The all caps trend brought some other fandoms in for the fun and soon we had a viral meme the legends will talk about one day.
Peppa Pig, Harry Potter, Spongebob and Minecraft were all used in the new meme sensation and we have to say, we are just living for it.
My Twitter feed will never be the same, and honestly I’m ok with this.
While the memes have been hilarious, I mean Big Peppa Mood mixed with BTS? Match made in heaven. But the best responses may have come from the BTS fans themselves.
Fan @jiminebbear wrote,
“bts has been gone for barely more than a week and armys have fucking lost it, we are going crazy... FOR MYSELF”
While fan @trivksj may have summed up this whole thing perfectly.
BTS please let your break be quick, because as you can see, Army REALLY miss you.
So what do you think about the new meme sensation? Have you got a favorite? And also will we get more collabs from other fandoms? Let’s go crazy for ourselves and talk about it in the comments below.
