Calvin Harris Shades Taylor Swift In NEW "My Way" Music Video?

Calvin Harris has just released the music video for his latest single “My Way” and Swifties have gone full-blown detective mode, digging up a few ‘swift’ and subtle hints.
The visuals for “My Way” may be set in a virtual reality fantasy land, but might there be a hint of reality we’re sensing?
A true friend will always have your back following a breakup, but leave it to the true Swifties out there to dissect every possible second of Calvin Harris’ music video following their breakup just a few months prior to the single’s release. But before I begin to throw hints out at you left and right, take a look for yourself.
The video, which recreates a relationship quickly gone south, is set in a virtual reality world, complete with technical glitches, a robotic video vixen and a strobe lit-barn. But what we really came for are the cryptic references to Calvin’s relationship with Taylor Swift found throughout the video, all thanks to Taylor’s fans, starting with Calvin’s video love interest’s attire.
Fans were quick to notice the red and white polka-dotted dress, which was all too similar to a red and white polka-dotted dress Taylor wore years ago. Glitched into the same scene was the woman also laying horizontal in a white bondage outfit, also similar to Taylor’s getup as she lay horizontal, along with the sci-fi futuristic vibes in her “Bad Blood” music video.
At another point in the video, we see the woman standing atop a horse, and we all remember the unforgettable scene in Taylor’s “Blank Space” video where she performed the same stunt. And we can’t forget the separation by dinner table scene in Calvin’s video, which is also featured in Taylor’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” video as the couples both sit on complete opposite sides.
Ok, so we could dig up hints for days, like the setting being in the woods, just like Taylor’s “Out of the Woods” video, the black bondage outfit worn by both Taylor in “Bad Blood” and the woman “My Way”, and of course the BARN, REFERENCING TAYLOR’S COUNTRY ROOTS… ok, so that last one was a little far-fetched, but do you see where I’m going with this?
If I had to make an educated guess here, I’d say none of this is in reference to Taylor, but opinions are always welcome here, so share all your thoughts on Calvin’s new music video and whether or not you think it IS throwing shade at Taylor.
