Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart, Taylor Swift & More Win BIG At The Teen Choice Awards!

The Teen Choice Awards aired Sunday night and let’s just say these winners truly deserved the coveted surfboard!
What’s up y’all, it’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and The Teen Choice Awards had it’s annual ceremony Sunday night in Hermosa Beach and the wins truly did not disappoint.
Taylor Swift was of course iconic when she won the inaugural Icon Award. I mean… the dang board has a cat on it… so fitting!
She kept up with her latest theme in being more vocal about her political beliefs when she thanked the US Women’s Soccer Team for not only winning the World Cup, which yas queens, but for also, “taking a historic stand in terms of gender equality, gender pay gap.”
The awards kept on coming as the Jonas Brothers, who are currently on fire this summer, won the Decade Award.
Honestly, if any band could have won this the Jo-Bros truly deserved it. Good to have you guys back.
Avengers: Endgame also took the award show by storm after collecting 4 awards last night for Scarlett Johanssen, Josh Brolin, Robert Downey Jr, and Choice Movie for the action film categories.
I mean, I think we can all agree that was the biggest film of the summer or possibly the whole year.
Riverdale also took home some surfboard love last night winning four awards for Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart, choice drama tv show, and choice ship for Lili and Cole.
Laura Marano and Noah Centineo both took home awards for Choice Comedy Movie Actor and Actress for “The Perfect Date”! In his speech he said, “You know, I really want to honor all the kids out there that are bullied and that have it hard and come from a really messed-up situation. I just love you guys, and you can’t let anyone tell you you can’t do something. You cannot. If I’m from South Florida and I made it here, you can too.”
Other big winners of the night included films such as Aladdin, After, Spider-Man: From From Home, Crazy Rich Asians and The Perfect Date.
