Demi Lovato has officially called it quits with MMA fighter Guilherme Vasconcelos, but things are already lookin’ up as she just announced an exciting new collab with Kate Hudson.
What do Demi Lovato and her brand new clothing line have in common? They’re both about to be fully available and back on the market.
The sun has set for Demi Lovato and her MMA fighter boyfriend Guilherme ‘Bomba’ Vasconcelos after shortly over 6 months of dating. The two, who made things official in January after being seen together multiple times last year, called it quits a few weeks ago, and sources from E! News confirm that the split was Demi’s doing, but that there was no ‘bad blood’.
A second source revealed that the pair has simply decided they just weren’t meant to be a couple and that QUOTE, “Demi loves being in a relationship, but she is ready to be single for a little while.” Demi has since deleted all her photos of the two off social media, so in modern-day terms, I’d say that’s an official break.
But on the other hand, the sun has risen for a brand new collab Demi has been working on, featuring Kate Hudson’s Fabletics sportswear line as she’s set to release a plethora of performance line pieces for the brand to support the United Nation’s initiative Girl Up campaign.
Demi and the Fabletics social media accounts have been teasing the collab all week, finally unveiling the news just yesterday. Demi expressed her excitement for the new line in a post, also adding QUOTE, “Being active is a huge part of my life, so it was important for me to create a line that's accessible, comfortable and fashionable, while inspiring you to take care of your mind and body. My first, limited-edition capsule collection launches next week, so stay tuned!”
Kate also released a statement, saying that when she first met Demi, she was impressed by her intelligence, accomplishments and confidence, adding QUOTE, “Demi embodies so many elements of the Fabletics brand in such a unique way; she’s a definitive voice for female empowerment and body positivity – especially for the younger generation – which is something we believe in very strongly at Fabletics.”
For Demi, the collab is a combination of her love of fitness, fashion and embodying female empowerment. She added in another statement, “I am thrilled to lend my voice to such a powerful brand and organization, both of which represent many of the values I stand for -- particularly the importance of empowering girls. Being involved in the creative design process while being able to have a daily impact on young girls’ lives around the world is so rewarding to me, making this initiative very dear to my heart.”
Get ready, girls, because The Demi Lovato for Fabletics collection launches next week, so save up that graduation money!
