Dove Cameron & Fiance Ryan McCartan Call It Quits

The couple got engaged back in April after dating for four years when their love story began on Disney’s Liv and Maddie, but a recent tweet from Ryan made it very clear that the relationship is over. He tweeted QUOTE - "Dove has decided this relationship isn't what she wants. We still love each other very much. Please be sensitive, as this is painful." And to make matters really real, earlier this week Ryan unfollowed Dove on Twitter and Instagram which is basically Armageddon in the millennial world. The split comes as a surprise to many fans seeing as though just last month all seemed to be well. However some are arguing that there may have been trouble in paradise after Ryan told E! that there was no rush to walk down the aisle. He opened up last month saying QUOTE - "She's so busy. I'm so busy. The last thing we want to do is turn it into another thing on the to-do list, you know what I mean?" Then while promoting The Rocky Horror Picture Show he told E! QUOTE - "I mean, we're infants—we're children—so we have a lot of time to plan and get it done, and it'll happen when it's supposed to." And I guess that time isn’t now.
Back in happier times, Dove even told People magazine QUOTE - "My whole family was like, ‘We like him more than you, so figure it out.” So definitely a bummer to see these two separate, but like Ryan said they are soo young and they literally have their whole lives to get married.
