Fifth Harmony send fans on a scavenger hunt teasing their new single “Down” featuring Gucci Mane!
Harmonizers are ready for the hunt.
You guys. 5H3 is officially coming! On Instagram this morning the Fifth Harmony Instagram account posted the artwork for their new single called “Down”, their first single as a foursome. And it’s coming sooner than we expected. The caption reads, “Our new single #DOWN ft. Gucci Mane coming June second.” The song’s cover sees the gals looking super serious and seriously sexy.
But before this big announcement the group’s Twitter account dropped a hint writing on May 28th: “It's going down on @snapchat this week.” The same day Lauren Jauregui posted a set of location coordinates- which ended up being her hometown of Miami, Florida. Fans who went to that location in Miami got access to a Snapchat filter with lyrics from their upcoming song. The filter lyrics read, “When push comes to show, you show me love/ Long as you’re holding me down, I’m gonna keep loving you down.”
Each member of 5H will be posting coordinates throughout the week that will reveal more teases of the track. While we haven’t heard a snippet of the sound just yet, we have a feeling it’s only a matter of days. Even better- the girls will be performing the song live on Good Morning America the day of it’s release on June 2nd.
The big question- what do you guys think “Down” will sound like? Tell us those predictions DOWN in the comments section below. Now check out Lauren Jauregui’s collab with Halsey- just click right here. As always I’m your host Ryland Adams, and I’ll catch you later.
