Harry Styles vs Zayn Malik: Who Will Have Best Solo Career? (Debatable) ►►
More Celebrity News ►►
He has been writing new music, teamed up with a new publicist, I think it’s safe to say that Zayn should probably watch out because Harry is definitely ready for his solo career.
On the morning of his birthday, Harry tweeted to his millions of followers QUOTE, “I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling 22.” In case anyone didn’t get that reference, the One Direction singer totally took a page from his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift’s lyrical journal and quoted her on his 22nd birthday. But, there’s something much more significant about that number than Harry using it to intentionally and publicly jab at his ex!
22 was actually the same age Justin Timberlake launched his very successful solo career. Not to mention both Harry and Justin share the same astrological sign, so it’s fine to assume that Harry is pretty much destined for a successful solo career, right?
Okay, let’s break this down. While ALL of the guys of 1D (including Zayn) had beautiful voices that harmonized so well with each other’s, it was always so easy to point out Harry’s unique voice in their songs. Harry is also a skillful songwriter, having penned Ariana’s ‘Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart’ for her second album, as well as a good amount of One Direction’s songs, I don’t think he’ll have a problem at all in the music department.
To be a solo artist, you have to have personality and to no one’s surprise, Harry has a TON of it. Not only does the singer stand out when he’s performing on stage next his to bandmates (all thanks to his fashion risks and impressive voice) he can also hold his own and engage with a stadium filled with screaming fans. Talking to thousands of people at the same time and being able to get them to do whatever you say is a skill most of us have yet to perfect!
Another sign that Harry is ready for his solo career? Well, according to Billboard, Harry has said goodbye to his longtime management team, Modest Management and signed with CAA’s Jeffrey Azoff. The company said in a statement to Billboard QUOTE, “We wish Harry the very best. It has been a real pleasure working with him. Harry is a total gentleman, and we know our good friend Jeffrey Azoff will look after him.”
And of course, Hare Bear’s fashion sense definitely sets him apart from the rest of his bandmates – in a good way! Taking fashion risks is just a sign that Harry is ready to stand out above the crowd and put himself out there. I mean, it does take a special kind of person to be down with rocking floral patterned suits!
If you think about it, Harry pretty much possesses all of the qualities of a solo artist. He’s a fun-loving guy, isn’t afraid to take risks, has an impeccable sense of style, his voice is amazing, he knows how to write songs, yup, I think he’s ready for his solo career now!
What do you guys think? Is Harry ready to take the stage by himself or do you think he needs a little more time before he jumps into the solo scene? Let me know in the comment section below!
