Iggy Azalea Sues Shady Ex-Boyfriend over Sex Tape?

Iggy Azalea is ready to take legal action against her shady ex-boyfriend who claims to have an alleged sex tape. Yes, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Australian rapper has it up to HERE with her ex Jefe Wine, and is now suing him for violating a copyright, and forging a contract.
Now, this is a pretty complicated story, so we’re going to start from the beginning. Basically, Iggy met Jefe when she was 17-years-old and living in a hotel in Houston. According to the lawsuit Iggy filed, Hefe claimed he was a partner in an oil company, and provided housing for Iggy. Shortly after that, she learned he was not only married, but had children as well.
About a year later Iggy relocated to Atlanta, where Jefe followed her, and they eventually began living together. However, during that time, Iggy claims that Jefe downloaded the entire contents of her computer, which happened to include some unreleased tracks. Cut to this year when Jefe claimed he had the rights to release an EP of Iggy’s unreleased music.
The Hollywood Reporter also divulges other info from the law suit and goes on to say quote: “the music derived from her unreleased masters and constitutes violations of her copyright, trademark, name and likeness. She's also alleging conversion of stolen information from her computer.” The aforementioned EP began popping up on Spotify among other music players, which promptly led to her lawyers sending out cease and desist letters.
As for the alleged sex tape Jefe also claims to have? Well, the law suit doesn’t exactly state that it exists, but Jefe claims that Iggy had given written consent, and the law suit claims that it’s simply forgery.
Yikes! This just keeps getting messier, and messier. We totally feel for Iggy – it sounds like this guy is just trying to capitalize on her fame.
