Katy Perry finally answered the question we’ve all been wondering! Plus her appearance on SNL was trumped by a kid in a backpack?!

Was Katy’s latest single ‘Swish Swish’ REALLY about Taylor Swift?
Katy Perry appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to talk about the rumored hidden meaning behind Swish Swish featuring Nicki Minaj.
Of course she probably knew what Jimmy was referring to, but she kept her answer polite and unbothered.
She later adds how Swish Swish is really about the negativity that we don’t need in our lives. Which is always a strong message!
The Katy/Taylor feud has been happening ever since Taylor told Rolling Stone in 2013 that another female artist did something horrible to her and QUOTE, “Oh, we're just straight-up enemies” to which Katy tweeted the day after it was published QUOTE, "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing..."
So when Katy hid a lyric in Swish Swish that says QUOTE, “From a shellfish or a sheep
Don't you come for me” people automatically assumed it was a Taylor reference.
Katy actually performed Swish Swish as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live and even though she looked incredible in a head to toe referee outfit, a kid the internet is appropriately calling “Backpack Kid” stole the show!
Amidst a runway of drag queens, out stepped this boy who looked like SNL producers just plucked him up on his way home from Saturday school.
We love him already and so does twitter. With twitter user @melroseee asking the most important question QUOTE, “But why was the kid wearing a backpack??? What was inside of it?????? #SNL” ()
