KJ Apa is "SO DOWN" For a Kevin-Archie Romance on Riverdale

KJ Apa got Riverdale fans excited this weekend when he visited the Oz Comic Con in Melbourne, Australia.
While attending a panel at the Con, KJ tooks questions from the audience. One fan asked what he thought of the Kevin-Archie ship, and according to journalist Clare Kramer, KJ replied, QUOTE: “Love it, let’s go!” As cute as Veronica and Archie are together, it would certainly be an interesting plotline to explore in season 3.
KJ also said that if he could play any other Riverdale character, he’d pick Kevin. He told fans QUOTE: “Kevin’s my favorite character, and I tell Casey [Cott] that all the time. Casey’s one of my best mates.” Casey responded to KJ’s sweet comment with a tweet, writing QUOTE: “I love you @kj_apa more than peanut butter.” Sounds like they really are best friends!
At the panel, KJ also answered which Hogwarts houses the Riverdale characters would be in. He reckoned Archie would be a Gryffindor, while Jughead would be a Slytherin and Kevin would be a Hufflepuff. The jury’s still out on which houses Betty and Veronica would be in.
We’ll have to wait until season 3 of Riverdale comes out October to see if the Kevin-Archie plotline actually happens, but we can still speculate until then! What do you guys think?
