Lady Gaga RESPONDS To Beyonce Super Bowl Rumors & Teases More About Halftime Show Performance

As Gaga gears up to take the field at Superbowl 51, she gave a press conference to answer questions about what fans can expect come Halftime.
Gaga locked the door and threw away the key on most of the secrets, but one thing we know for sure is that the performance is going to be epic.
The Superbowl may be about football but the Halftime show is arguably just as important as the game and this year’s headliner is Lady Gaga. During the Superbowl press conference Thursday afternoon press outlets picked Gaga’s brain about what fans can expect for the big show. And while she kept the big reveals under wraps, one thing she assured us is that like any Gaga performance, it will send a message of acceptance and compassion.
Gaga stated that her fans most definitely have an impact on what she brings to that stage telling E! News’ Miriam Isa QUOTE – “…that kid that couldn't get a seat at the cool kids table, that kid who was kicked out of the house because his mom and dad didn't accept him for who he was, that kid is going to have the stage for 13 minutes and I'm excited to give it to them."
As for the rumored aerial stunts she may be pulling, Gaga said - “I don’t want to give that away… it is a tremendously athletic show, and it’s something we really talked about when we were creating the halftime experience. It’s important for us to consider high adrenaline. When you’re watching football, you’re watching guys crash into each other… it’s a pretty intense situation, and I didn’t want the halftime show to take a dip. It’s going to be a good time.”
Gaga revealed that she and her team have been prepping for nearly two months designing the sets, choreography, pyrotechnic displays, and costumes. As for what songs she will be performing, of course she couldn’t give details but said that she has picked the best songs that span her whole career thus far. And Pepsi released a rehearsal teaser video of Gaga dancing to Bad Romance so get your paws up and ready.
Plus Pepsi shells out a pretty penny for their Halftime shows. Word on the street is that Gaga’s production costs are upwards of 10 million so you know it’s gonna be good. As for surprise guests, Gaga didn’t give us any hints but people did start to speculate whether or not Beyonce will be joining Gaga for Halftime after Gaga put a bee emoji in the caption of a recent instagram post. But Gaga told reporters not to read too much into it. Gaga and B have done a couple of songs together though so never say never.
