Lauren Jauregui Poses for Playboy & Reveals She's Going on Tour With THIS Artist

Lauren Jauregui is keeping fans on their toes by not only posing for a sexy Playboy photoshoot, but also announcing that she’s going on tour with Halsey
Lauren Jauregui definitely isn’t going to be bored when Fifth Harmony officially starts its hiatus.
It’s been just over one week since the Fifth Harmony girls announced that they will be going on an indefinite hiatus from the group “in order to pursue solo endeavors.” Even though fans had a feeling this was coming for a while now, with the members already working on projects as individuals and everything, but it’s still pretty heartbreaking. 5H still has a few shows to perform as a foursome before everyone goes their separate ways, but Lauren Jauregui is already jumping into her solo endeavors.
The 21-year-old singer took some stunning pictures for Playboy magazine, including one in which she’s posing completely naked and with just an oversized denim jacket keeping her covered.
Lauren’s sultry photos are perhaps her way of symbolizing that she’s breaking free from the past box she was in when Fifth Harmony was at its height and wants to start new as a solo artist.
She tells the magazine QUOTE “Right now, I’m just exploring myself and getting in touch with myself creatively. To be real, I don’t want to give myself boundaries.”
She isn’t sure what kind of sound her first EP will have, but admits that she’s inspired by all kinds of genres, including electronica, pop, rock, alt-rock and Latin. She also says of her solo music QUOTE “It’s definitely different than my work with Fifth Harmony. It’s me.”
But posing for magazine photoshoots isn’t the only thing that’s going to keep her busy when her 5H commitments are over. Lauren will join Halsey (hall-zee) in Latin America for the final installment of the Hopeless Fountain Kingdom World Tour, starting on June 6th.

The singers, who both identify as bisexual, collaborated last year on the trailblazing LGBTQ+ love song “Strangers,” which was featured on the 23-year-old’s most recent album.
Halsey consciously chose Lauren to be her duet partner because she identifies as queer, too.
Halsey explained last May QUOTE “I was thinking to myself, ‘If I want this song to be believable it needs to be rea. So I’m not going to put a girl on this song to sing who is straight. I’m just not going to do it.’ So I reached out to Lauren, she came in and cut the vocal and it sounds awesome. Our voices sound really cool together because we both have really raspy voices. Mine is a little more delicate than hers. Hers is really powerful and big and raspy and mine is light and raspy.”
Lauren joined Halsey to perform “Strangers” at several of her concerts last year, so I’m sure fans can expect for that trend to continue when they officially hit the road together this summer.
There’s so much going on in Lauren Jauregui's solo career right now and she’s not even officially a solo artist yet.
