Lena Dunham appeared on Bravo’s ‘Watch what happens Live with Andy Cohen’ and played a little game of Plead the fifth. In case you are not familiar with that one, it’s basically a game where Andy asks his guest a bunch of juicy questions and the guest is only allowed to plead the fifth once.
However, for this game with Lena, Andy had her former Girls costar, Andrew Rannells ask her one of the questions.

Before Lena could answer, Andy did warn her, saying “I will point out of course that you’re seated next to the sister of one of Taylors Swift's former boyfriends," because Maggie Gyllenhaal happened to be the other guest of that night’s episode and as you probably know, she is Jake Gyllenhaal’s sister. But, turns out Jake wasn’t the one she had in mind.
Before Lena spilled the beans she said, QUOTE “I want to do right by her on this question—and I'm also proud, because I haven't pled the fifth on any of these and I think that makes me some kind of champion!" But without further or do, this was her final answer.

Lena does make a good point! She actually spoke a little more about her bff Taylor in the same episode, even sharing her thoughts on Taylor recently breaking her silence on politics, saying QUOTE “"That was really amazing. I mean, I'm always proud of Taylor. Not only is she an amazing friend to me on a personal level, but she's an amazing friend to lots of people in the world. She felt it was time for her to talk about politics—and I never judged her for considering that a private domain—but I think she chose a really, really powerful time to speak out,”
Lena also added that she is QUOTE “so moved and honored to be her friend.”
