Umno supreme council member Datuk Lokman Noor Adam is hoping to ride on the “people’s grouses” against the Pakatan Harapan government to a victory in the Sg Kandis by-election. Lokman, who is the Barisan Nasional candidate, claimed that locals in the constituency, especially the Malays, are fed up with Pakatan. Lokman will face off with Pakatan candidate tahfiz head Zawawi Ahmad Mughni in the upcoming polls.
