Lucy Hale TEASES Possibility Of Aria Showing Up On The Perfectionists

Lucy Hale teases the possibility of Aria showing up on The Perfectionists....
To all my fellow diehard PLL fans, our day just got a million times better!
While promoting her new CW show, Life Sentence, Lucy Hale stopped by to speak at Build Series this week, where she was asked if Aria would make an appearance on the Pretty Little Liars spinoff show, The Perfectionists, at any point. And her answer is definitely not what we expected.
She teased QUOTE, “Maybe...I don’t know…they’re filming in Portland and if we go back for a second season in Vancouver [with Life Sentence]…that’s pretty close.”
She further elaborated on what that appearance would look like, adding QUOTE, “I might just drop in a scene somewhere, or work in a coffee shop…we’ll see. Who knows what Aria’s up to these days?…I’m very interested in seeing how they’re meshing that with PLL.”
As much as we all want to scream with joy right now, we should probably hold off on any celebrations for now, because Lucy also told Variety in another interview that while she would LOVE to have a cameo QUOTE, “as of now, I am not a part of it.”
I have a hard time believing that I. Marlene King would ever turn down one of her former Liars, and considering The Perfectionists is a spin-off, it just makes sense to have as many of those girls on the show as possible.
And Lucy knows that the fans would want to see her and her former co-stars on the show, as she explained to Variety QUOTE, “That show was such a big part of my life, and I think the fans would be really appreciative if we maybe one day went back and did something together.”
Okay this is a whole different answer than Lucy gave TV guide back in January, when she said QUOTE, “I don’t think I will be in the spinoff...will definitely be supporting and watching.”
I don’t care what changed her tune, I’m just glad that there’s a possibility we’ll see Aria again, after all.
