Festival in brief:
Qrendi Village is renowned for its local produce. Potato is one of them and largely for exportation.

At the Festival, there were live entertainment, food stalls serving potato based dishes in Maltee cooking, Maltese wine and desserts. Delicious potato ice-cream was a grab.

Amongst the exhibits were antique adult/children bicycles, vintage cars and agricultural equipment & machinery used for potato seeding, ploughing and so forth.

The trackless train was onsite to take visitors around Qrendi Village and its various attractions. The 19th century Commander's Garden was opened to public.

There were live demonstrations/sale for various crafts and products. Potato printings & crafts created by school children were interesting.

Local artistes such as Gianluca Bezzina, Dorothy Bezzina, Hooligan, Red Electric and Kristina Critien who performed for the audience whilst the duo-comedian, Pawlu & Gorg amused the audience with their funny songs and jokes.

The traditional Maltese Blessing of Animals held by the Parish Church in the morning. (not shown in this video).
