It's official! Michael Chiklis is the new addition to the American Horror Story cast. That's right, at this week's Paleyfest, Ryan Murphy announced on-stage that the actor is on board for season 4, titled Freak Show, as the father to the character played by Evan Peters and the ex-wife of Kathy Bates' character. Of course, it was very 'mums the word' for the panel Q and A, but fans of the franchise were simply excited to get some new news. We've got more details coming up in a minute, but first here are a few moments from the red carpet with stars from last season, AHS Coven.

I love this show and its amazingly talented cast and crew... so back to next season, as we already know, Freak Show will take place in the 1950s in Jupiter, Florida and Jessica Lange's character is a German ex-patriot -- so a lot of people are saying that Nazi Germany will come into play this season. We also know that the series will be a combination of two time periods, the comedic moments from last season will be back, and Ryan also announced on the panel that everyone on the stage would be on Freak Show in some capacity. So take a very close look at all of the talent on that panel -- how do you think they'll be written into season 4??? Keep in mind that Lily and Taissa aren't confirmed to be included or not included... we've got our fingers crossed that they'll be back even though they both apparently booked pilots. Plus we know that someone from season-1 will be back... Alright, so leave your best guesses as to what's set to go down in Freak Show and who you want to see playing what type of character.
