We recap the highlights from Day 2 in the Mara Triangle, Kenya. Where we saw a pride of lions pushed out from the shade to make way for ‘the real royalty’ of the animal kingdom, two herds of majestic elephants. We also watched the lions on their nightly hunt across the plains as infrared cameras show hyenas trailing the pride as they continue on their hunt. As the night moved on we watched the lions pinned down by 30 hyenas - a battle between the hyenas and the lions. Eventually we saw the lions move on to hunt and kill a baby zebra.
