"Shut the f*** up & let me heal." -- is what Miley has to say to all of the hyper-sensational reports that she was hospitalized because she's really, really sick. That's right, MC is speaking up on her Twitter account to knock down rumors and false reports -- telling the media to read the official statement. Good point, Miley. PS: We support you and hope for nothing but the best -- get better!! So the musician actually posted the official statement -- here's the news straight from the source: QUOTE: "Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour. She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin which shes now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to. This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor's care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans." Clearly, that statement was written pretty quickly -- and it seems to come from the "Notes" section on her phone... so actually, Cyrus herself might have written the statement. Anywho, she's asking for everyone to stop scaring her family, friends and fans. And we know that she really wants to be out of the hospital asap, based on her other social media posts, like "sick of waking up to needles" and "can't quit crying. I wanna go back on tour. Im meant to be onstage performing for y'all... not laying in a hospital bed" and finally 'over the hospital. I miss #bangerztour'.

Okay, so Miley has set the record straight. She's going to be OK and the tour is just postponed until she gets the 'go ahead' that she's back to normal... so fret not, MC fans.
