Many of our favorite celebs have been sued for various reasons and our girl Nicki Minaj is one of the latest to be subject to a lawsuit. Nicki Minaj is being sued by artist Isiah Simon who isn’t a fan of her I Love Nicki T-Shirt. The shirt features an inverted two-toned heart drawn to look like two breasts. Isiah claims to be the creator of the heart and if you look at the original from his I Love Venice Beach shirt, it’s hard to argue. According to TMZ, “Isiah says he copyrighted the heart-shaped design in 2015 ... on Valentine's Day…and he says Nicki and Universal Music Group "brazenly" stole his design for her own gear.”
According to the document the lawsuit is quote “seeking an injunction preventing future infringement, plus unspecified damages.” It will be interesting to see how this plays out, but in the meantime let us know what you think about this.
