Apparently it's man-up Monday Directioners, because Liam Payne is putting an end to all of the weed anarchy!

Liam Payne of 1 Direction is showing some real maturity during a time when there are a lot of people disappointed in some of his bandmates behavior.

Liam took to Twitter over the weekend to tweet to fans regarding all of the backlash that Louis and Zayn received last week when they were caught in a 5 minute long video, lighting up a joint.

Up until now, none of the 1D members, including the two guilty parties Louis and Zayn, none of them have addressed the issue directly. Now, some of the Direction chaps have used the power of the tweet to thank their Directioners for their support, but they haven't directly commented on the incident.

But leave it to Liam to be the virtual spokesman. On Saturday he tweeted, "I love my boys and maybe things have gone a little sideways I [apologize] for that. We are only in our 20's we all do stupid things at this age."

Soo true! People make stupid decisions especially when they are young.... Liam went on to tweet, "We all have a lot of growing up to do in an extreme circumstance I'm not making excuse[s] but it's fact we are gunna fall short somewhere."

Exactly! I mean they have great hair, they're talented, they're georgous, they're kind to people...I mean, we can't expect them to be perfect all the time

Liam finished his twitter rant by saying, "Hopefully we stand the test of time an[d] get it right in the end I don't take this for granted and im extremely grateful to be here doing this" "Thank you to everyone who has stuck with us through this just know that we love you guys for it and it means the world."

Well said Liam. But what do you all think about Liam's apology? Is it enough that he is speaking out for the entire group, or are you still waiting on Louis and Zayn to apologize?
