Housing and Local Government Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin revealed that a new legislation, Residential Tenancy Act is being drafted, to protect tenants against discrimination based on their ethnicity when seeking a place to rent.
She said this after launching the National Housing Policy 2018-2025 on Monday.
