So if you haven’t heard Rebecca Black’s new song. Don’t write it off immediately because it’s actually kind of good.
I know you remember Rebecca Black, and if you don’t let me remind you.
Alright, now that we’ve refreshed your memory, it’s time to introduce you to the new sounds of Rebecca Black. You may be surprised when your head starts nodding and your foot starts tapping.
This is definitely a more mature sound from Rebecca and way better production value, but if you’ve listened to her other singles Foolish and The Great Divide, you know that Rebecca is ready to climb the Billboard charts. We were surprised to hear her cursing in this song though. Little Rebecca Black has grown up.
Rebecca Black received lots of hate after her debut with “Friday” which has almost 112 million views on YouTube to date. In the past she’s talked about the hateful comments that she received and how hard it was to deal with them, but it’s cool to see her continue to pursue her passion years later despite the hate. In addition to releasing her new song, the 20-year-old is releasing her EP on Sept. 15, and she is one of three YouTube stars headlining the ‘Love is Love’ tour, which begins on October 1. Produced by FullScreen Live in partnership with AT&T’s #LaterHaters campaign which empowers teens to rise above online negativity, Rebecca Black, Miles McKenna, and Shannon Beveridge will share their stories about how they fought back against negativity. Fans will also be able share their stories in hopes of encouraging others that may be going through the same thing. Looks like things are looking up for Rebecca Black and we can’t wait to listen to her new album.
In the meantime, it’s time to hear your thoughts. What do you think about Rebecca Black’s new music?
