Sam Smith Throws Shade At Fellow Pop Stars?

Sam Smith was easily one of 2014’s biggest breakout singers, but it looks like he some fighting words for his fellow pop stars.
Yes, the crooner recently sat down with legendary singer Chaka Khan for an interview with V magazine, and he is putting some of his musical peers on blast.
While Sam was giving a compliment to Chaka Khan, he added in the little diss saying: "Even when you meet them—I won't name names—but some of these pop stars are just awful. And they have not even had half the success that you've had and yet you're so humble and kind."
Ohhh…you can’t say that without at least giving us a hint Sam!! Come on! I mean, I hate to speculate, but there ARE all those Ariana Grande diva rumors, so maybe she’s one of them? And he was sitting with Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, so could those be other possibilities. Dare we even mention Taylor Swift? I hope the answer is D, none of the above.
According to Chaka, she thinks that some of the attitude problems in Hollywood might come from people staring at screens all day, and not being able to really work on their people skills. There may be some truth in that.
ANYWAYS, it’s probably safe to assume Sam isn’t letting those little run-ins get the best of him because he’s gone public with his new boyfriend Jonathan Zeizel, who he met as an extra on the set of one of his music videos. And he’s also gearing up for a busy professional year as he’s about to embark on tour, and shared a photo on Instagram saying:
“Farewell Sydney!! That was the best holiday I've ever ever had. So happy and relaxed. But now ITS TIME TO START TOUR!!!! America, you're first up. I hope you're ready...”
