Sea Park's 3-decade Assam Laksa Food Truck

Even long before food trucks became a modern day urban sight this humble food truck in PJ Section 20 (SEA Park)  wet market's  driveway has been a favourite for over 3 decades. This video captures the ardent fans that crowd this food truck for its famous servings : Penang assam laksa and prawn mee. Under shades of portable giant umbrellas and stools and table every customer seems to be a regular indeed. They come even by the generations bringing their parents after they have tasted these specialties since their childhood days.  
The husband and wife team of this stall were from Penang. Now widowed Annie serves her specialty Penang assam laksa while her nephew Eric cooks up the tempting prawn mee. There is a constant breakfast and lunch crowd from residents here and afar, plus office workers. They are open everyday except Monday when the wet market is also closed. Besides these two highlight servings they also have pork ribs stew with eggs. Come catch this food truck and experience a different kind of street food right  in the walkways of a wet market .
