Selena Gomez calls out a bully on Instagram for body shaming her.
Selena recently walked the red carpet for We Day in Illinois in a faux fur leather jacket paired with some denim jeans. She looked amazing as usual but some troll cyber bully had the nerve to comment on Selena’s appearance on Instagram saying QUOTE – “mmm @selenagomez you need to work out! Please stop eating junk food.”
Da-f**k??
After a fan came to SG’s defense, the hater kept going with their shade saying QUOTE – “She is not curvy at all…shes an actress she needs to tone her body. In the business sadly the image its important I’m just saying that she needs to work out [there’s] nothing wrong with that.”
Well as the bo$$ that she is, Selena did not fall victim to the bully’s haterade and instead decided to take the matter into her own hands by calling out the bully saying QUOTE – “you’re disgusting. IM IN the business and I could care less about what ‘they’ or you say I should look like. I don’t need to do anything other than love myself, take care of my work, fans, family, and friends. And I do work out. It’s not your place to tell anyone what they should or should not do.”
Drop that mic Selena. Drop it.
The hater then tried it again saying QUOTE – “LOL Ok…sadly image [is] everything [in] Hollywood, just saying if she wants to stay relevant and get better roles she needs to take care of herself…that business its brutal tbh!”
(look around like you’re looking for something) Oh I’m sorry, just looking for the F’s Selena doesn’t give about what you have to say Felicia.
Selena called out the hater once again saying QUOTE – “can we block this person who thinks they know what Hollywood [is] please.”
Forreal. Haters gunna hate. Selena looks amazing and anyone who judges another person based on appearance has insecurity issues of their own. Which is why, even though it’s hard, you should kill hatred with kindness because people throwing shade obviously need more love in their lives.
