You guys, ‘Wolves’ is seriously a BANGER, but then again, is anyone really surprised?
Selena has been dropping hit after hit and her latest collaboration with Marshmello is no different. After teasing fans with tiny snippets of ‘Wolves,’ Selener finally released the track and it’s pretty amazing. Check it out.
Thank God releasing the song wasn’t the only thing Selena did because we have questions. After the song dropped, Selena opened up about her collaboration with Marshmello on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music show and revealed that after she started working on it, the song started to become very personal and weirdly mirrored everything she was going through at the time.
Sel also mentioned in the chat with Zane that the song is very beautiful and personal to her. With lyrics like ‘I’ve been running through the jungle, I’ve been running with the wolves, to get to you, to get to you.’ And the fact that the song mirrored her life at the moment, it kinda makes you wonder if Sel was thinking of The Weeknd when she recorded this song. Or maybe just her love life in general.
