Selena gets served! Oh man, but don't fret -- it doesn't seem like this star is in legal trouble. So just yesterday afternoon, a woman approached Gomez when she left a convenience store in LA and served her with papers -- and we hear it's all in the name of being subpoenaed to testify in a Justin Bieber lawsuit. Rewind back to summer 2012 and you might remember that the then-happy Jelena left a movie theatre in Calabasas and the paparazzi who filed the suit is accusing Bieber of attacking him. According to NY Daily News, Jose Duran says that Bieber QUOTE 'jumped into the air from 6 to 8 feet away to deliver a martial arts --type kick to the photographer's gut before punching him in the face.' Violence is not a laughing matter, but that description certainly is... Justin really jumped at the dude from 6 to 8 feet away?!? The story goes that the photographer physically blocked Justin's car so that he could take better photo of the Hollywood couple, and we also hear that Selena was yelling "stop" to the whole situation and was visibly upset about it -- and how can we blame her?! So if these legal papers are indeed for this 2012 incident like we hear they are, it means that Selena will be asked tons of questions about what really went down, and the truth could either help or hurt Justin. I don't condone violence or acting up, but I'm just saying that I cannot imagine living the life of a celebrity with paparazzi constantly following you around and purposely trying to annoy you in order to illicit a response. I'm sure it would bring out the worst in us all.
