Shane Dawson and Lisa Schwartz dropped a video where they promote Lisa’s new book “Thirty-Life Crisis” and finally open up about their YEAR LONG breakup!!!

What’s up guys it’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and Shane and Lisa answered some questions and gave us details about their eventual breakup – and the reason for the split might not be what you think

And according to them, their relationship gravitated to something close to co-dependence
The two helped each other get through the beginning stages of their careers and fully supported each other throughout their time as a couple
Like when Shane published his book “I hate myselfie”
And now Shane gets to repay the favor by helping Lisa with her book
Which he actually wrote the forward for! It’s titled “The author of this book took my virginity: A forward by Shane Dawson”

But Lisa returned the favor by writing a whole chapter called “my gay boyfriend”
Shane fans know that he came out as bisexual – but for the book’s sake they just let it go

They say that they really got to know each other during their time living together and dish on some secrets only they know about each other.

And obviously the two are still good friends today. Which I just think is amazing
