YouTuber Shane Dawson Says He's BIsexual in Emotional Video!

After years of feeling as though he had to suppress part of his sexuality, Shane decided to free himself by letting the world know that he loves all humans no matter what gender.
In a nearly 15 minute long video, Shane let all of his walls down with an emotional reveal that he is bisexual. In the video Shane explained that he’d known from a young age that he was attracted to women and men but suppressed those feelings after he was told by his parents that his feelings were sinful. But thankfully Shane said that a lot has changed since then and his parents have now expressed that they love him no matter what and give him all of their support.
Which is great to hear, but Shane’s journey wasn’t always so positive. He revealed that he once became obese from basically eating his feelings and said that at times he wished that he was gay because he felt it would be easier to identify who he was and to explain his feelings to others.
Shane opened up about the painful conversation he had with his past girlfriend Lisa upon telling her that he was sexually confused but thankfully she was more than supportive.
In a heartwrenching testimony, Shane said QUOTE – “I don’t want to hate myself anymore, I don’t want to be sad all the time.”
Shane says that he wanted to make the video to not only be honest about his feelings, but to also help others who may feel the same way. Shane brought up a very important point in saying that his sexuality shouldn’t define him and that he’s Shane. “A comedian, a writer, a director, youtuber, podcaster, AND bisexual.”
