While we’re all waiting in anticipation for ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer,’ Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello gave us something much better: BTS clips from their studio session.
Days before Shawn and Camila’s duet drops, the singers decided to give their fans a little taste of what’s to come by releasing some cute behind-the-scenes videos!
Alright you two, enough with the teasing! But seriously, is it November 18th yet?! As Shawn and Camilla are counting down the days until their duet drops, the two singers are also releasing some behind-the-scenes goodie videos for their fans! In the latest clip, Shawn and Camilla explain how ‘I know What You Did Last Summer’ came about. Shawn said QUOTE ‘The way ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ was made was kind of spontaneous and random.’ Camilla added onto that by saying QUOTE ‘The writing process is, I think, what made this song such an unforgettable experience for me because it was so organic and it was so about two people that just randomly started jamming out.’ It’s crazy how a simple jam session can turn into something so much more! Since we’ve only been able to get bits and pieces of ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer,’ I’m not too sure what the song is about just yet, but thankfully Camila spilled the deets on the meaning behind their duet.
