Shawn Mendes is addressing rumors about his sexuality in a new surprising and powerful statement.
Shawn Mendes may only be 17, but his new video addressing rumors about his sexuality proves he’s mature and wise beyond on years.
Shawn is constantly questioned about whether or not he’s dating Camilla Cabello, but this time, he’s addressing rumors about his sexuality. But honestly, we didn’t even know there were any rumors to address!
However, Shawn read some YouTube comments that said he gave off a quote “gay vibe” and took to Snapchat to set the record straight and educate his fans.
Shawn went on to say, “Now, I know 99 percent of you guys aren’t making assumptions like this but this is just for the one perfect of you that are. I just want you guys before you judge someone on the way they speak or act to think… hey, maybe I shouldn’t be judging someone or wait, it actually doesn’t ever matter they can do or be or feel however they want to feel.”
The “Stitches” singer also had this to say.
Shawn recently released a brand new single titled “Treat You Better.” Hopefully these haters will treat Shawn better and stop makes assumptions about anyone’s sexuality after hearing his well-said message.
