Bersih medical team leader Geng Ta says they received 13 cases of food poisoning with six of the victims being sent to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital.
According to him there were rumors that some substance had been injected into drinks being given out free to Bersih participants but they were not sure if it was true and had informed the police to allow them to investigate.
