Taylor Swift Making MASSIVE $50M Compound In NYC

Taylor Swift just can’t get enough of New York, and her latest apartment purchase proves it.
One day I hope to afford just ONE NYC apartment.
Sources confirm that Tay just bought a second floor apartment on Franklin St for $9.75 million dollars. That makes her total amount spent for property on the same NYC block 47.7 million dollars. Pocket change, really!
In the same warehouse turned luxury condo, Taylor Swift already owns the two top floor units that she actually combined to make a penthouse that measures 8,000 square feet. Those two units totaled almost $20 million. And fun fact, they were previously owned by Peter Jackson aka the director of Lord of the Rings.
In fact the building on Franklin has had quite a few celebrities living there including Aziz Ansari, Steven Soderbergh, and Orlando Bloom.
And then just next door she owns an $18 million dollar three story townhouse that has a paparazzi proof garage.
I wonder what Taylor is doing with all this property in the same block? Sleeping in a different room every night? Getting her interior decorating game up?
Well it turns out that the block itself isn’t too poppin. There’s a few clothing and jewelry boutiques, but mostly open storefronts and loading docks. Although she is walking distance to some cute cafes and the subway…. although I’m not too sure Tay is riding the subway.
