That’s right, you guys! Tay broke her own personal best with this album, selling 1.28 million copies in pure album sales alone, according to Variety. Reputation has also made Taylor the first artist EVER to have four albums sell more than 1 million copies in its first week. OMG… look what we made her do!
Obviously, fans have had an extremely positive reaction to Tay’s new music, which is mainly about her current boyfriend, Joe Alwyn. Of course, Taylor will be heading out on her Reputation World Tour beginning on May 8th, so the two lovebirds are going to have to find a way to make their relationship work despite their busy schedules.
No worries, though! A source recently told People magazine, QUOTE, “When Taylor tours internationally next year, they will figure it out. This is not anything they are stressing about. Their relationship is amazing, because they are both committed to making it work. It’s just a very normal and respectful relationship, built on give-and-take. Joe is a gentleman and just a great guy to date.”
Aww… not only is Taylor experiencing tremendous success with her music at the moment, but it seems like her relationship is going just as well and we couldn’t be happier!
