Taylor Swift gives us a peek inside her Repu-hearsals!
HOST: And you gotta hear her sneaky method of preventing music leaks.
Taylor Swift has given fans a first look inside her Reputation tour- in the form of a selfie. Taylor posted a behind-the-scenes photo on Instagram which she captioned “Repu-hearsals”. The photo sees Taylor in a grey striped sweater inside a sound studio with her band in the background. This photo follows up Olivia Benson’s rehearsal photo that Taylor captioned, “We are all stretching to prep for that tour choreo.”
Speaking of that choreo. Taylor released a behind-the-scenes video for her “End Game” music video and explains how she prevents backup dancers from leaking her new music.
And after Taylor showed us exactly what that looks like- yup. That’s hard work.
Taylor filmed her “End Game” video before the release of her “Reputation” album, so preventing cast and crew from leaking her new tunes was crucial. The behind-the-scenes video also sees Taylor hanging with Future and Ed Sheeran on set. We get the best moments with Taylor and Ed chatting in between takes.
Taylor points out that she wore flats for Ed and jokes that he always tries to make himself “geographically” above her. Then Taylor asked Ed about writing his part for “End Game” which completed in a day.
But the cutest part is when Ed explains his “Born on the 4th of July” reference which is actually the title of a Tom Cruise movie. But the reference has everything to do with his end game relationship starting on the 4th of July at Taylor’s house. As if we weren’t already jealous of this friendship.
Oh, and PS Taylor plays Words With Friends on her phone with her boyfriend Joe. Let that sink in for a moment.
