Taylor Swift went bold and bright and Selena Gomez went classic and sparkly on the 2016 Grammys red carpet and Clevver’s Trophy life is breaking it all down.

Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez showed up as each other’s dates at this year’s Grammys in very opposite looks.
The Bad Blood singer showed up in a very daring ensemble and short bob haircut and blunt bangs. Not sure if the hair is the real deal or a wig, but regardless is giving us serious Anna Wintour vibes. As for her outfit- she turned heads in a bright rorange bandeau top and high waisted hot pink cut away skirt by Atelier Versace. Taylor accented the colors with a bold red lip. She finished the look with metallic strappy sandals by Stuart Weitzman and a diamond choker by Lorraine Schwartz. If Taylor went playful and courageous, her BFF Selena went elegant and classic. Wearing a sparkly navy Calvin Klein gown with sexy side cutouts this is a look that will never go out of style. She accented the solid gown with diamond hoop earrings by Norman Silverman and a green ring by David Webb. Enhancing the sexy look we’re loving Selena’s smokey cat eye makeup- just perfection! Taylor immediately Instagrammed a photo of the two posing on the red carpet captioning this, “No big deal just rolled up with the hottest date.” Um but what about Calvin Harris and what about Selena’s rumored man Samuel Krost?
