【本報訊】小朋友天生嗜甜,若家長過度寵愛子女,自小已遷就口味,隨時養成越食越甜的壞習慣,長大後或難糾正。兒科醫生指,兒童可在正常飲食中攝取足夠糖份,毋須透過額外添加糖份的食物,如糖果等甜味零食吸收,年紀越小每日所需糖份也越少,如兩歲幼兒一日3茶匙糖已是上限,比成年人5茶匙為低。
