【本報訊】在食肆嘆杯熱咖啡、熱檸茶時,不少人會習慣加糖,但是倒盡一、兩個糖包究竟攝入多少糖份,卻不會深究。營養師指食肆糖包重量差距大,每包重4至10克不等,不少糖包未標示重量,過量使用隨時增肥胖風險,建議市民熱飲只落半包糖,或自備匙羹量度份量。
