上诉庭今天批准了净选盟上诉，指政府禁止民众穿印有净选盟（Bersih）字眼的黄衣不合法，这意味着民众无需因为拥有净选盟黄衣而担忧，警方以此逮捕任何人的行为也没有法律基础。净选盟代表律师梁信友表示，法庭认为集会时踩踏首相肖像的行为与禁止穿黄衣无关，政府也无法提出其他重要理由。
