Ariana Grande Shares "Focus" Music Vid Clip & Demotes Her Momager?!

Ariana Grande fans are anxiously awaiting the release of her new vid this weekend, but
her mom might be singing a sadder tune…
If you’re one of Ari’s 46 million Instagram followers, you’ve been hanging on to her
every post this week as she’s been teasing us all with pics and clips from her upcoming
music video for ‘Focus,’ which is set to drop in just 4 days on October 30th! Cue all the
feels.
The clips from the singer’s feed are coming straight from the video, and we’re all
actually dying because what we’ve seen of the vid so far is enough to get us all really
excited for the official release. And if that’s not enough, Grande’s brother, Frankie, is
getting in on the fun, dancing along to Focus, props included.
What’s most exciting about the video’s release is definitely seeing just how excited
Ariana, herself, is to get it out there. About a week ago, she posted a pic of lyrics from
Focus with a caption that reads ‘so we finished focus 5.5.15. We’ve been so patient &
now it’s only 10 days away…. I. have. So. Many. Butteflies. Me too, girl. Me too.
But wait, there’s more headlines surrounding Ariana and another one of her family
members- her mom! Who won’t be dancing anytime soon… because, apparently, her
daughter just fired her. The New York Daily News is reporting that Ariana has relieved
her mother of some of her responsibilities as her manager, stating that QUOTE ‘she’s
made her mom less of a manager, more of a source of support.’
The report continues saying QUOTE “Ariana was getting a bad rap, but it’s really her
mother who is so demanding. “She wants to be a grown up, she wants to make her own
decisions, she wants to be like Taylor (Swift), who has a camp but makes every single
decision when it comes to her image at the end of the day.”
I can’t say that I disagree with Ari’s choice to be more in charge of her own image, but
