Sure, Ariana’s concert was targeted in a terrorist attack, but the singer isn’t concerned about her own well-being, she’s concerned about her fans.
As the people of Manchester continue to restore their community and move on from the horrific attacks that occurred Monday evening, Ariana is keeping every single one of them in her thoughts. A source close to the ‘Into You’ singer revealed that while Ari is completely “traumatized” after the attacks, she’s more concerned about the victims of the attack.
The source said QUOTE, “Right now, her main headspace and focus is on the victims and how she can help. It’s less about her and her own state, and it’s more about them. She’s alive, she’s safe. This isn’t about her – it’s about the victims.”
Things have been quiet on Ariana’s end since her tweet following the attack, but word on the street is that the singer contacted the families of those who died in the Manchester Arena attack and offered to pay for their funerals. Unfortunately the rumor has yet to be confirmed by anyone from the singer’s camp.
In light of the recent events, Scooter Braun has been showing his support for those who were greatly affected by the tragedy. On Wednesday night, Ariana’s manager took to Twitter to share words of comfort for those who continue to live in fear after Monday’s events.
Scooter tweeted QUOTE, “I will honor those that are lost by living each day full. Full of fun, full of laughter, full of joy. I welcome the differences of my neighbor. The wish of terrorism is to take away that feeling of freedom and joy. No. That is my answer. No, we can’t allow it. Fear cannot rule the day. More people die each year from car crashes than terrorism. Yet I will get in my car. I will choose to live than to be afraid. So Manchester, I stand with you. Jakarta, I stand with you. Children of Syria, I stand with you. We will honor you by not giving in to the darkness. With extraordinary evil, we must fight with extraordinary greatness. Fight on.”
It also seems as if his tweets were a response to the fans who begged him to cancel Justin’s UK tour dates earlier this week.
