Ariana Grande & Crew Get Matching Tattoos To Honor Manchester Bombing Victims

Now Ariana and her entourage will have a little piece of Manchester with them wherever they go.
The singer, along with her posse, reportedly got matching bee tattoos after the One Love Manchester benefit concert on Sunday evening. According to The Sun, tattoo artists from Manchester Ink gave Ari, as well as the members of her Dangerous Woman tour, a bee tattoo backstage at the show.
Can you bee-lieve what Ariana and her posse did? Get it? Because they got bee tattoos? No?
Anyway, the inked bee isn’t of any old bee. It’s of the Manchester bee, which is symbolic to the city’s industrial heritage. You know the term ‘worker bee?’ Well, it was coined after the Industrial Revolution because during that time, the city’s textile mills in the 1800s were described as ‘hives of activity.’ Now it all makes sense, doesn’t it?
Aside from having a little piece of Manchester permanently inked to her body, Ariana is taking her love for the city one step further by turning her cover of ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ into a charity single with proceeds going to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.
What started out as a fan campaign has turned into reality according to a music insider. They told The Sun QUOTE, “Ariana’s team are working out behind the scenes what is necessary for the song to be released. But everyone’s confident there won’t be anything stopping it from getting out there and continuing to help those affected by the tragedy.”
And if all the things that Ari did for the victims from the Manchester bombing didn’t melt your heart, get this, during the One Love Manchester concert, Ariana’s mom Joan actually mingled with fans during the show! According to a fan on Twitter, Joan was walking through the crowd, meeting fans, and telling them to not be afraid. Guess we all know where Ariana gets her sweetness from!
