Azealia Banks is pissed off again and slams fellow rival Nicki Minaj in her latest Twitter rant! Don’t go anywhere- we’ve got all the details. The Harlem rapper AKA Azealia has been described as “one of rap’s most unfiltered MCs” by the BET Network. So I’m hoping the network wasn’t too pissed when she took to Twitter and basically assassinated the legitimacy of the BET Awards wor which- fyi- she was nominated in the Best Female Hip Hop Artist category. "@bet has thrown me so much shade over the years. Keep misspelling my name..." is how it started. "I really hate getting nominated for @bet awards. They're so bogus." Then she explained why she thinks that, tweeting: “The female rap award at the bet awards goes to nicki every year, it's not even a real award anymore lol it's a bit of a running joke. They should just nominate nicki five times with five different wigs on and pick the best picture lol.” She certainly has a point in that Nicki has taken home the coveted BET award for best female hip hop artist every year since 2010. The last time someone OTHER than Nicki won in that category was in 2009 by M.I.A. Then Azealia decided to tweet out loud her demented fantasies of killing Nicki’s fans AKA Barbz. “*hears barbz buzzing in the distance* *rolls up car windows* *sound of little barb heads slamming into glass* *unconscious barbs on floor*. *turns up random nicki Minaj verse* *puts car in reverse* *backs up over barbs* *blood splatters* *puts car in drive and takes off*.” That’s nice. After her hateful slew of anti-Nicki tweets she wrote “3,2,1 all the urban media sites gonna run a headline saying I'm throwing shots,” and then in perfect irony she took yet another shot, this time at quote unquote black media by writing, “Black media is so stupid and pointless.” Her talent is inarguable. Her logic? Not so much. After bashing BET, Nicki, and Nicki’s legions of fans, Azealia tweeted: “If you're not going to respect me then what's the point of even mentioning me. I'm really really not interested. Please leave me out.” Really? Take a spoon of your own medicine, girl. Maybe leave THEM out. The only person you ever seem to write positive comments about on your twitter feed is you! Just pointing out the irony. Anyway, what are your thoughts in this sticky situation. Team Nicki?
