Best tacos in Auckland | New Zealand’s taco king

We're in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland at Broke Boy Taco- a place that has taken the city by storm with its birria tacos. Broke Boy Sean Yarborough started out as a pop up, using a hotplate bought off Trademe. He's since blown up on social media and opened a shop dedicated to his passion: birria. These are the best birria tacos we've ever eaten. They're not traditional in their ingredients nor presentation but they are damn delicious and the best tacos we've eaten in Auckland.

Broke Boy Taco, 964 New North Road, Mount Albert, Auckland 1025. Open Wednesday to Friday 5-8:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-9pm.
