The Queen B celebrated her 35th birthday over the weekend and she did it in the most epic way possible.
From having Chance the Rapper and a huge crowd at Made in America sing happy birthday to a star-studded soul-train themed birthday party, it’s safe to say that Beyonce had the best birthday weekend ever.
On her actual birthday, Yonce spent the day at the Made in America music festival where she was seen enjoying all the music the festival had to offer. The highlight of her day, however, has to be the moment when Chance led the crowd in singing happy birthday to the queen.
How adorable is she? And even though Kim Kardashian couldn’t be there to sing along with the crowd, the reality star wished Beyonce a very happy birthday in the most Kim K way possible – on social media, duh.
But, the celebration did not end there. Yonce also had a Soul Train-themed party thrown in her honor and everyone went ALL out for the party. Chance wished his auntie happy birthday once again and shared a very groovy picture of the two decked out in ‘70s outfits.
And with Beyonce being…well, Beyonce, there were a couple of outfit changes throughout the night. First was the somewhat lowkey outfit that Yonce wore in her picture with Chance and then this intense, sparkly bell-bottom master piece she wore when she took over the dance floor:
While Yonce was living her best life and celebrating her 35th birthday, Beyhive members in the New York and New Jersey area received some bad news as the Queen announced on Monday that her show on September 7th will be postponed.
The MetLife Stadium announced the postponing of Bey’s show on their website, saying that QUOTE, “As a result of strict doctor’s orders for vocal rest, Beyonce’s highly anticipated New York City area Formation World Tour date in E. Rutherford previously scheduled for this Wed. September 7th at MetLife Stadium has been postponed until Friday, October 7th.”
The stadium stated that tickets for the September 7th show will be valid on October 7th, but if fans want a refund, those will be available September 7th at point of purchase. Hopefully fans will still be able to make it to the new date to see their Queen B.
