Cara Delevingne Heartbroken Over St Vincent?

It has NOT been a good week for celebrity couples! The latest twosome to reportedly go their separate ways — Cara Delevingne and St. Vincent.

Yes, so reports are swirling that the model turned actress and singer have split after a brief relationship that began in December. The two have pretty much kept things on the DL, so news of their reported breakup is rather surprising, especially since they made their public debut as a couple just last week at a Burberry event in LA.
Things seemed all fine and well, but Cara’s Instagram is now telling a different story. Over the past week or so, the Paper Towns star has posted a number of cryptic, but sad, photos. She started things off by sharing a photo of a cartoon holding a heart which said: “it’s hurting again.”
A few days later she then shared a photo that featured the quote: “One day your heart will take you to your lover. One day your soul will carry you to the beloved. Don’t get lost in your pain, know that one day your pain will become your cure.”
And finally, Cara also shared a photo with the quote: “I’ve learned more from pain than I could’ve ever learned from pleasure.” Dang, that’s some deep stuff! We hope she’s doing OK.
The reason for their rumored split? A source also told UK outlet The Sun that St Vincent felt like she came second to Cara’s career. I mean, between Paper Towns, Suicide Squad and all of her modeling, Cara does have a lot going on right now so who knows, that could be the case.
